International Weightlifting Day

Try Weightlifting Day:

Participants will be introduced to the sport of Weightlifting. We will have a free 1 hour introductory training for beginners to learn the basic technical execution of several Olympic Weightlifting Exercises related to the Clean and Jerk.

Our Goal:

- Give a basic overview of some basic exercises

-Give athletes an opportunity to have fun and engage with other interested participants

-Motivate athletes of all ages to start Olympic Weightlifting
