Do you experience pain in certain areas of your body on a regular basis? Many times this can be alleviated through consistent focused warm-up, stability exercises, and accessory work. We are excited to present this 3 week series where we will guide you through how to do this and teach you how to tailor it to certain areas you may be struggling with! Spots are limited to 18 people.
