Focus: We will cover foundations and technique work for both Ring and Bar Muscle ups. Whether you are trying to get your first muscle up or be more efficient and string multiple muscle ups together, this series will benefit you. Must have strict Chest to Bar Pull ups and Strict Ring Dips for this class..

Getting Tribal - Community Event
May 11th - 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Join us for Community Bonding after a kick in the pants Saturday training session - which means a few different workouts, but most importantly throwing down with like minded individuals overcoming adversity together!
Where: Your home base gym - Main or North
We will provide pancakes and bacon. Please bring a side to share - brunch style.

Athlete Performance Camp

Focus: This camp will increase the athlete’s strength, power, speed and agility for sport. Sessions will have a variety of components including but not limited to:
• Strength & Accessory Work
• Speed & Agility Drills
• CrossFit style workouts
Sessions: June 3 - June 14; June 17 - July 1; July 8 - July 19; July 22 - August 2
Cost: $500 for all 4 sessions; $150 per session (2 weeks)
